Brown & Brown Insurance has an exciting opportunity available for an Account Manager for our team in Mandeville, LA .
Primary responsibility includes customer service duties for customer accounts and transactions, in support of the production of Life & Health and Property & Casualty business.
Assist producers in Marketing New Accounts and Renewals
Handle carrier/client correspondence as dictated in company workflow
Maintaining client files (electronic and paper as required)
Month End Procedures as needed
Processing applications and change forms
Processing Applications/Quoting
Providing Customer Service
Assisting with receptionist duties
Preparing AORs and forwarding to carriers
Preparing Top Gun Reports for New Sales, AORs, and lost business
Preparing New Account and Renewal Proposals
Assistance with submission of New Business and follow up on outstanding requirements
Assist Accounting Department with accounts receivables as defined
Development and assisting with Company advertising/marketing as needed
Development of Carrier/Company/Client correspondence projects as needed
What You'll Need
Minimum education required
License or Designation (Life & Health and Property & Casualty)
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Exceptional telephone demeanor
