We're growing and currently looking for Registered Nurses (RN and LPNs) who are passionate about patient care and want to make a meaningful impact one home at a time.
Who You Are:
You're not just a nurse—you're a caregiver, advocate, and problem-solver. You value flexibility, independence, and the chance to truly connect with your patients in a one-on-one setting. You're confident in your clinical skills and committed to maintaining the highest standards of care.
What You'll Do:
- Visit patients in their homes within your assigned area
- Complete initial and ongoing assessments of patient needs
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs
- Educate patients and their families about their health and care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure excellent outcomes
- Document all visits and clinical findings in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications:
- Current RN/LPN license in the state of Florida
- At least 1 year of nursing experience (home health experience is a plus)
- CPR certification (required)
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- A heart for patient-centered care
