We are currently seeking a talented, passionate, enthusiastic Customer Support Champion to join our team and become a subject matter expert in our solution.

As a Customer Support Champion, you will provide world-class support to our customer Sales Ops teams to resolve issues with their configuration & integrations.

**Requirements**

We expect you to:

Speak English fluently (both written and verbal)

Have proven experience as Sales Operations / CRM Administrator - a must

Have proven experience in software companies at least 3 years

Have prior experience with SQL queries - an advantage

Have excellent communication skills and problem-solving attitude

Be bold and ambitious and make things done

Be graduated in relevant field (Information Technology/ Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems)

Be a great team player
