- Lead the analysis of existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement
• Design and develop new manufacturing processes and procedures to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process flow diagrams
• Ensure that all processes are compliant with relevant regulations, including health and safety standards and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to identify and address process-related issues
• Develop and implement process monitoring systems to track production performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that all staff are trained on relevant manufacturing processes
• Provide technical support to production teams to troubleshoot process-related issues
• Manage process improvement projects and provide guidance and support to junior team members
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to manufacturing processes - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field
• 6-9 years of experience in a process planning or manufacturing engineering role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software and process simulation tools
• Strong project management skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to manufacturing processes and environmental regulations. -
