Responsibilities
- Take accurate meal and beverage orders announce specials makes appropriate suggestions.
- Sets up side station performs assigned side prep work distributes food wine menus answers members guests questions regarding menu items efficiently serves food drinks in friendly courteous manner offers daily specials wine beverage suggestions places orders kitchen informs cooks special cooking instructions checks back ensures member guest satisfaction builds relationships members guests works well colleagues managers ownership clears tables after course resets them appropriate silverware presents dessert menus suggests serves dessert coffee afternoon drinks verifies accuracy prices state federal taxes tips charges on all checks presents bill handles member credit card charges prescribed standard operating procedures keeps dining room service station areas clean resets tables vacated advises supervisor complaints occur attends pre-meal meetings requested management performs cleanup closing duties assigned Manager attends meetings requests Management.
