- Collaborate to set safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Manage parts/inventory
- Set and uphold high standards for maintenance best-practices
- Support 5s principles to eliminate waste and drive facility organization
- Complete WOs and PMs in a timely manner to reduce downtime
- Implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies
- Design and implement training protocol for the maintenance team
- Establish relationships with vendors and contractors
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar is preferred
- 4+ years in maintenance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of Predictive/Preventative maintenance systems
- Experience with automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs
- Proven ability to lead a team in a high-speed manufacturing environment
- US citizen or green card holder
