    Occupational Therapist (OT) - Boca Raton, FL | Full-Time | Clinic & Community-Based

    Are you a passionate OT who wants to make a real difference in kids' lives? Progressive Pediatric Therapy is hiring in Boca Raton Join a mission-driven, fun, and supportive team where you'll work in specialty programs like feeding therapy, AAC, orthotics, and wheelchair clinics, both in our clinic and in the community.

    What You'll Do:
    • Provide individualized OT evaluations and treatment for children.
    • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to support progress.
    • Create play-based, functional treatment plans that promote independence.
    • Lead and mentor students or colleagues if desired.
    • Document sessions accurately and maintain compliance.
    Requirements:
    • Florida OT license.
    • Pediatric experience preferred.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Passion for working with kids and a desire to grow professionally.
