The Open Close Manager at Wendy's plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant during opening and closing shifts.
This includes overseeing restaurant preparation, managing staff scheduling, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards, leading team members during shifts, and providing exceptional customer service.
The role involves handling operational and cash management responsibilities, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring high standards of quality and service.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ormond Beach, FL.Qualifications
Strong leadership, team management, and supervisory skills to guide and support team members effectively during shifts.
Excellent organizational and time management skills for scheduling, managing daily operations, and ensuring tasks are completed promptly.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices, ensuring compliance with quality standards and a clean work environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Basic cash handling, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to efficiently manage operations and resolve customer queries or issues.
Prior experience in restaurant management or food service operations is highly desirable.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality or business management is a plus.
