Guidewire Business Analyst – PolicyCenter - Orlando

Job Summary
Serve as a subject matter expert on Guidewire PolicyCenter Collaborate with business units to gather analyze and document system change requests Analyze impacts of business process changes on technical and functional requirements Work with Solution Architects and Developers to design system solutions including integrations Document dependencies with internal external applications Key Responsibilities Create maintain Software Requirements Specifications SRS Use cases functional requirements Wireframes system flow diagrams Technical documentation for Guidewire configurations custom development Shepherd initiatives through System Development Life Cycle SDLC from concept production Act as liaison between business stakeholders development QA support teams Support User Acceptance Testing UAT production issue triage Partner with QA teams ensure accurate complete test coverage Ensure clarity completeness of requirements prior to development handoff Required Skills Experience Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter mandatory In-depth understanding Agile methodologies Proven experience writing detailed SRS documents use cases wireframes Experience using defect project tracking tools JIRA Rally similar Ability work effectively cross-functional collaborative environments Strong negotiation consensus-building skills across business units Proficiency browser-based web development tools Working knowledge HTML XML SOAP APIs UX design principles Qualifications Bachelor Degree accredited college university Excellent verbal written communication skills Strong analytical problem-solving organizational abilities Ability manage multiple priorities fast-paced environment High attention detail self-starter mindset Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Domain Knowledge Homeowner insurance experience required Commercial property insurance experience plusJob description
