- The candidate for this position will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and analyzing Air Force manpower data to support effective resource utilization at the 70 ISR Wing.
- Interpreting complex data sets to identify trends and recommend efficiencies.
- Briefing leadership and teammates on manpower-related activities.
- Participating in working groups and decision-enabling constructs.
- Provides expert analytical services and staff advice related to Air Force manpower.
- Makes recommendations for adjustments and refinements of manpower.
- Coordinates with various groups and agencies to complete manpower activities.
- Builds decision support products and briefs wing leadership on behalf of the Manpower and Organization Chief.
- Conducts research and analysis to identify manpower trends and effects of resource efficiency changes.
- Facilitates Continuous Improvement and Innovation initiatives.
- TS/SCI Cleared with Polygraph.
- Bachelor's Degree and 15 years of related experience; or Master's Degree and 10 years of related experience.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Air Force manpower support activities.
- Proficient in Manpower Programming and Execution System, Business Objects, Microsoft Office Tools, and Requirements Determination processes.
- Experience at Air Force Wing-level as a Manpower Analyst.
- Experience with Manpower and Organization Change Requests.
- Experience working with Human Resource Management Systems.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certified.
