    Your role as a Director of Culinary Services


    As the Director of Culinary Services at Christian Care Centers, Inc, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dining services department.

    Your daily tasks will include menu planning, ordering supplies, managing food preparation, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

    You will collaborate with other departments to provide high-quality dining experiences for our residents and guests.

    Your creativity and leadership will be essential in maintaining a positive dining atmosphere and meeting the dietary needs of our community.

    Requirements for this Director of Culinary Services job


    To excel as the Director of Culinary Services at Christian Care Centers, Inc, you must hold a Certified Dining Services Manager designation and ideally possess a Bachelor's Degree in a culinary arts program.

    A food safety Manager's certification is required within 30 days of hire.

    Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen, you must demonstrate clear communication, menu planning, inventory management, ordering proficiency, basic computer literacy, and strong leadership skills.

    Your capability to lead a team effectively and ensure timely transportation to guarantee punctuality are essential for success in this role.
