The Washington State Department of Corrections is seeking a Health Record Technician 1 for the Clallam Bay Corrections Center located in Clallam Bay, WA. This is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday-Friday day shift schedule.

- Review and process records requests of patient medical, dental, and mental health care information within 15 working days or less of receiving following health record procedures.
- Review and process Department staff requests for patient health information by the date requested following health record procedures.
