ResponsibilitiesHorizon Health has an excellent career opportunity for the following position in the behavioral health program at North Baldwin Infirmary Bay Minette, AL.Director, Social WorkResponsibilities include assessments, staff supervision, scheduling, social work service management, treatment planning and discharge planning, as well as group, individual and family therapy.

The Director, Social Work also functions are a member of the Referral Development Team, PI Committee, and serves as liaison to Hospital Social Services and Case Management staffs.
