JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for providing the overall daily operations support for SYEP summer workers. Responsible for assisting YSB Director in Supervising Summer workers Effectively. Maintain daily operations schedule. Answer the phones. Transport Summer Workers to job sites. Assist with summer feeding program Community Outreach. Serve as a general youth and peer advocate. Responsible for intake and inventory of all supplies including food supply used at the center. Non-traditional, seasonal.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School graduate or equivalent.
Must possess the ability to work well with others.
Must be compassionate and understanding of youth issues.
Organizational skills to maintain orderly and efficient office systems.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to relate and communicate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
