We are seeking a dynamic HR Assistant to join our team in Fresno, CA.
+- Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes
- Maintaining accurate employee records
- Administering benefits and explaining benefit compensation to employees
Responsibilities
- Coordinating new hire orientation onboarding safety training administering benefits managing professional correspondence providing support for leave of absence FMLA ADA requests staying current with changes in employment law ensuring compliance assisting in the development implementation of HR policies procedures handling timekeeping scheduling maintaining confidentiality knowledge of current employment laws regulations proficiency Microsoft Office Suite HRIS systems ability handle multiple tasks meet deadlines
