About the Role:
The Luxury Cruise Experience Coordinator supports clients by organizing premium cruise vacation experiences through detailed coordination and structured planning. In this role, you will assist clients by helping them review upscale cruise options, refined accommodations, and curated onboard experiences while ensuring all planning elements are clearly documented and carefully managed. Your work will focus on organization, precision, and clear communication while supporting clients throughout the planning process. You will work within established procedures to coordinate accommodations, experience options, scheduling considerations, and planning timelines so each cruise experience is polished and well organized. This position is centered on coordination and client support and is not sales driven. The role is fully remote and designed for individuals who are comfortable working independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you understand systems, expectations, and planning processes before supporting clients. Ongoing professional guidance is available to help you remain consistent, organized, and confident in your responsibilities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy managing refined details and contributing to an elevated cruise planning experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with selecting premium cruise accommodations and experiences
Coordinate reservations, confirmations, and planning timelines
Provide structured guidance for luxury cruise planning
Manage documentation, payment processing, and records
Maintain professional and attentive communication throughout planning
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
