Job summary
The Recruiting Coordinator manages end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing,interviews,onboarding,and maintaining a positive candidate experience.Responsibilities
- Source candidates/screen resumes/schedule interviews/communicate with hiring managers.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems(ATS)/provide recruitment metrics.
- Coordinatejob postings/recruitment events/job fairs./Support Learning & Development by assigning training/building presentations/maintaining the LMS system.
