What We Are Looking For

The Data Management Analyst is part of a technical consulting team which performs data and requirements analysis, prototyping, development, and education to deliver solutions for enterprise data management solution.

The analyst will bring a strong data management background with an understanding of data management practices.

The analyst will have the ability to explore, profile and understand data, and will devise solutions using a combination of the best practice processes, techniques, and technologies listed below.

The analyst will have the opportunity to explore and learn new tools as data management needs mature and evolve. The analyst will communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

What Will You Do

This individual will work with a project team, and with client and partner teams to understand needs and will collaborate in generating the best solution to bring enterprise data management business needs


Key activities include:

Perform detailed data profiling and data management analysis to understand data issues, and to identify potential options to resolve issues.

Performing data mining, exploration, and analysis.
Creating data visualizations, reports, dashboards, and data audits.
Designing, train, and implement machine learning algorithms.
Leveraging predictive models to optimize customer experiences.
Creating automated anomaly detection.

Skills You Should Have

2+ years of experience in IT industry as a Data Analyst and/or performing experience outlined.
Experience and understanding of Enterprise Information Management best practices.
Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts is required.
Must possess strong analytical, organizational and product management skills.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with State or Federal data management projects.

Requirements

US Citizen or Green Card holder preferred.
H1B are eligible to apply who are willing to transfer H1.
Minimum education - High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Ability to pass background check.
