- Act as a critical advocate for quality improvement and interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and dynamically lead business, product and operations teams to define and deliver solutions.
- Execute quality monitoring requirements that deliver intent and customer satisfaction goals for the Support department.
- Provide authoritative advice and guidance to employees training, coaching or monitoring where appropriate.
- Manage daily activities to ensure smooth and good quality customer service delivery.
- Ensure that experts are informed about changes to company products and services.
- Prepare knowledge-based documents such as summaries and responses to frequently asked questions.
- Identify strategic opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least five years of customer service management experience is preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets
- Become an expert at PestRoutes - our CRM
