    Summary
    Analyzes operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. Supports operational and financial functions by researching, analyzing, planning and implementing process and system improvements.
    This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Assume an integral role within the Operations Analytics group to organize, prioritize, manage and track strategic initiatives across the business
    • Build, maintain, and provide user support for reports and dashboards.
    • Manage and coordinate large research projects, perform data analyses, study, develop and present ad hoc reports in support of various initiatives.
    • Conduct and coordinate research to support strategic and business planning decisions for national sales, regional operations and other national functions.
    • Collaborate with business users and provide support to all stakeholders
    • Provide information and analyze cost, accounting, and production data to satisfy management inquiries.
    • Observe and analyze business processes and participate in the development of improved business processes.
    • Analyze data and troubleshoot problems to resolve system and/or data problems
    • Analyze business results by monitoring and evaluating success factors and establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Build management presentations to succinctly communicate analytical and operating results.
    • Participate in annual budget and forecast process by providing reports and insights to decision makers.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • (2) years of related work experience
    • Experience with data analytics and business intelligence platform required (Microsoft Power BI preferred)
    • Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills required
    • Must be results-focused with a bottom line orientation
    • Consultative and advisory skills
    • Ability to develop and prepare business analyses and plans and previous experience in developing and delivering presentations to senior business leaders.
    • Ability to work effectively with a broad range of internal and external clients at all business levels
    • Must demonstrate keen problem solving skills with a strong bias towards action and a sense of urgency
    • Ability to analyze and understand financial operating statements
    • Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques and tools
    • Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
    • Ability to develop business cases.
    • Ability to model and diagram alternative techniques and methods.

    Travel Requirements
    Travel up to 25%
