- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Microsoft Azure Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft 365 migrations, Intune, MDM, and Teams Telephony
- Designs recovery and resiliency solutions, participating in Disaster Recovery exercises
