    Job Description Pay Rate:
    $18.00At the direction of the department supervisor assists in training employees to work in a safe and efficient mannerAdheres to GMPs and pre-set safety standardsMonitors predetermined quality and safety standards within assigned work areas. report findings to supervisor for follow-upFollows break and lunch schedules as determined by department supervisorFollows rotation schedules as determined by department supervisorStrives to achieve pre-determined plant production goals and schedulesAssists co-workers in performing department job tasks safely and efficientlyAssists in the completion of reports (e.g., production, QC, etc.)Other duties as assigned by the supervisor (i.e., hand out supplies, safety inspections etc.)Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent preferredMust be able to communicate production details to department supervision and the management teamMust be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and be able to read, and write in EnglishMust be able to perform math calculations to include percentagesMust be able to follow detailed instructions and multi-task duties in a safe and efficient mannerMust be able to stand for prolonged periods of time (8-10 hours) on uneven surfaces, and work in wet, cold and/or hot environmentsMust be able to solve and correct minor problems and adjustments to production equipmentMust be able to work flexible hours and be able to lift 5-50lbsMust have a good safety, performance & attendance recordPrevious experience operating production machinery preferredAdditional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
