    Job Description Summary:

    The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for gathering, organizing and validating data to generate deeper customer insight that will aid in the evaluation of operational initiatives and drive sales success.

    Activities include developing and maintaining standard reporting methods to facilitate accurate reporting and analysis, assistance with data acquisition, and development of territory, quota and commission plans to ensure alignment with the organization's sales strategy and focus.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities :


    • Responsible for data collection, reporting and analysis of weekly pipeline and quota attainment reports for better management insight; identifying sales performance trends and making recommendations for business improvements based on results.
    • Provides support and analysis to company leaders to drive strategic initiatives which includes ad-hoc reporting and analytics, and executive level visualizations as needed.
    • Develops processes and reports to best predict and evaluate the company's quarter-end performance on an ongoing basis throughout the quarter and raises potential issues as appropriate.
    • Engages cross-functionally to help ensure successful acquisition integration and integrity of the acquired data.
    • Develops and implements best practices to help warrant the validity of the CRM data to include automation processes for cleaning, validating, appending, and presenting data.
    • Works with the sales leaders to improves whitespace visibility including researching and identifying tools that could help with this effort.
    • Monitors and reports on sales incentive programs.
    • Manages and leads the planning and forecasting activities related to annual territory assignments, sales quotas and targets, and periodic re-forecasts and reassignments of territories and/or accounts throughout the year.
    • Works closely with cross-functional teams on projects and to act as a liason between groups and Sales.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 7-10 years of experience in Sales Operations role, preferably with a software company
    • Ability to think creatively and to tactically partner and engage with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
    • Organized and methodical, with a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving
    • Must exhibit superior quantitative and communication capabilities
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative
    • Extremely organized with the ability to multi-task
    • Passionate about legacy and emerging technologies with a strong desire for immediate impact
    • Must demonstrate true expertise in relevant business tools & systems administration including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) and , along with strong analytical, reporting, and dashboard creation skills using BI tools such as Power BI, Einstein, etc.
    • Expertise with Clari and BI tools like PowerBI and Google Looker a plus.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

    Travel Requirements:
    Less than 10% travel is required to attend various sales kick-off meetings

    The base salary range for this role is $113, $141,403.80 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
