    Fishermens Source Premium Saltwater & Freshwater Tackle

    Retail Store Manager Opportunity

    We are seeking a strong, calculated and performance-driven Retail Manager to lead our retail division with discipline, operational excellence and an understanding of fishing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive revenue growth and margin performance in the retail store
    • Maintain disciplined inventory control aligned with our eCommerce systems
    • Capture high-impact merchandising strategies by season and fishery
    • Deliver a high-level consultative customer experience

    The ideal candidate will have knowledge of fishing as a plus. Experience in specialty retail is also required along with deep understanding of inventory management and margin control.
