Job summary:

This position will provide assistance to patients with enrollment into available health benefits programs and support the Family Team in duties essential to the cohesive running of the Family Clinic and shelter sites.
  • Provide benefits assistance to all Family Team patients across all sites
  • Utilize systems to review insurance status and eligibility of all Family Team patients
