    For more information, visit or follow us on LinkedIn .The Manager, VELYS Spine US Marketing will lead the US Downstream marketing efforts to deliver on market readiness activities through multiple market channels intended to drive the awareness and adoption of new technologies within the DPS portfolio.

    This position will be the owner of marketing-sourced pipeline for Velys Spine and be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of all demand generation related programs which include (but not limited to) in-person and virtual events, paid & organic social, content syndication, and lifecycle marketing programs with the goal of increasing market awareness and generating demand to accelerate pipeline and sales growth.

    The individual will drive pipeline and revenue growth through best-in-class demand generation tactics, campaigns, execution by partnering with the capital sales, US customer success, sales ops, and product marketing teams to set the vision for compelling multi-year demand generation strategies.

    He/She will be responsible for designing and executing the brand launch of Velys Spine, creating product awareness, and accelerating category demand for products under the Velys Spine umbrella.

    The role requires a data-driven sales mindset with deep expertise in measuring, tracking and reporting on demand generation programs. The position will report to the Director, VELYS Global Marketing.


    Primary responsibilities:


    Strategy Development & Campaign ManagementDevelop and implement a multiyear demand generation strategy for Velys Spine aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.

    Assist in driving U.S.

    spine market share by planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel demand generation campaigns across product lines and US geographies to generate high-quality leads.

    Develop and implement an actionable demand generation strategy for unique portfolio products along all stages of the customer buying process through compelling targeting campaign assetsLead Generation Take ownership of the marketing CRM to closely monitor financial performance against established benchmarks.

    Implement data-driven strategies to enhance revenue opportunities and capital footprint expansion.
    Implement lead generation programs to drive marketing-sourced pipeline for Sales.

    Define channel strategies intended to drive net-new-customers into the marketing CRM revenue pipeline and create conversion performance metrics as determined by the marketing pipeline qualificationsDrive lead generation efforts through the planning and execution of targeted campaigns and marketing initiatives.

    Analytics & Reporting Effectively prioritize near-term business objectives to ensure timely completion and alignment with business commitments. Drive awareness, adoption, and install revenue for Velys and the spine franchise.

    Evolve Velys Spine's analytics and technology capabilities to support demand generation programsEstablish KPIs and metrics for demand generation initiatives in alignment with our US Sales and Innovation teamsDevelop a clear & digestible narrative that educates and motivates senior leadership.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration Work collaboratively with spine innovation organization to align on sales goals and develop a collaborative got-to-market strategy.

    Coordinate efforts with internal Velys branding, education, and operations to ensure customer awarenessWork alongside HEMA partners to develop a comprehensive evidence generation strategy rooted in unique customer insights, designed to enhance Velys market awareness and product differentiation.

    Work with Capital Equipment Sales Managers to grow area pipeline, monitor capital utilization, and close digital opportunities.
    Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, professional associations, and advisory boards. Leverage these relationships to enhance the visibility and reputation of our products.
    Develop tools and assets that showcase our product differentiation to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.

    Expand and develop channels for partnership such as advisory meetings (sales and clinician), demonstration events and partnerships with Professional Educators.


    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field is required. Advanced degree (e.g., M.B.A. or M.S) is highly preferred .


    Required Skills and Experience:


    5 years of experience in marketing in Medical Device, Robotics, Digital, Capital or Healthcare sectorExperience with pipeline development and omnichannel marketing strategiesAbility to prioritize and to successfully lead multiple revenue-driving marketing initiativesSuccessful experience establishing a strategic vision, executing, and quantifying those resultsAbility to develop comprehensive pipeline KPIsHigh level of written and oral communication skillsExperience managing and building KOL relationshipsPreferred Skills and Experience:Knowledge of the US spine market and the ability to anticipate market trendsExperience standing up a Demand Generation functionStrong understanding of demand generation channel tacticsExcellent understanding of trends in social media buyer conversionAbility to effectively u nderstand of both economic & clinical customersAbility to collaborate effectively with multiple partners across a matrix organizationAbility to work with cadavers and within an Operating Room settingOther:This role will be based out of Raynham, MA.
