- Serve as the owner's representative for multifamily construction projects from precon through closeout
- Review and validate:
- Schedules and critical path impacts
- Pay applications, requisitions, and draw packages
- Change orders and contingency usage
- Budget updates, cost-to-complete, and variance explanations
- Coordinate with development, asset management, lenders, and third-party stakeholders to ensure clear documentation and consistent reporting
- Partner closely with general contractors and project teams to flag risks early and propose practical mitigation plans
- Track project KPIs and produce executive-level updates that are concise, accurate, and action-oriented
- Participate in milestone site visits and key meetings, ensuring alignment across all parties
- 5–10+ years of experience in multifamily construction (owner's rep, developer, GC PM, or construction management consultant background)
- Strong understanding of ground-up multifamily delivery and the full construction lifecycle
- Proven ability to manage draws, pay apps, change orders, budgets, and schedule controls
- Comfortable overseeing multiple projects and communicating clearly with senior leadership
- Experience with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Excel (or comparable platforms)
- Bachelor's degree preferred (real estate, construction management, engineering, or related). MRED/MSRE is a plus. xhmxlyz
