- Develop innovative and effective digital marketing campaign strategies with priority on driving marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and execute marketing automation processes to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency.
- Identify and manage marketing automation tools to capture, score, and nurture leads and drive prospect / customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaign assets and messaging.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance (KPIs) of digital marketing programs.
- Provide insights and recommendations on how to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
- Build digital marketing collateral and manage the distribution of content across various online channels.
- Lead the development and execution of brand strategy initiatives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to plan, develop, and execute webinar and social media strategies to engage target audiences.
- Advise on the integration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with marketing tech stack, collaborating with IT / development.
- Implement, document, and advocate best practices to enhance customer relationships and communication.
- Foster creativity within the team, driving creative and innovative marketing ideas.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Higher education technology industry experience is preferred, but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join the Hawkes Learning marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing new digital marketing strategies with a focus on marketing automation, lead generation and nurturing campaigns, CRM integration design, and other key objectives. This position requires expertise in marketing automation, campaign strategy and execution, program monitoring, distribution management, brand strategy, and CRM integration management. Experience in the higher education technology industry is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Hawkes Learning's headquarters is in Charleston, SC; role will be remote working, with potential for being in office monthly (1-2 days/month) depending on location.
