    We are seeking a motivated and reliable Account Representative to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for negotiating payment arrangements and resolving accounts with consumers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound and take inbound calls to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve accounts.
    • Maintain responsibility for consumer accounts, updating and determining the best course of action.
    • Skip Tracing to locate consumers.

    Requirements:

    • Dependability.
    • Reliability.
    • Bilingual (Spanish) ability is a plus.
    • Phone experience is required.
    • Minimum 25 wpm typing speed.
