    The Franchise Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing a wide range of tasks supporting Cell Phone Repair (CPR) business development efforts to acquire new franchise partners. The role involves administrative and soft sales responsibilities, interacting across functional groups at Assurant and with existing and potential Franchise owners. This position will be responsible for tracking, reporting and escalations. They will interact with the Director - Franchise Business Development, The AVP of Retail, Operations, Onboarding, Legal and Finance. They must have strong organizational and communication skills. Their role in the success of CPR's business Development will be a pivotal one. The role requires ability to communicate and create relationships internal and externally. It also requires accuracy and organization when dealing with legal documents / issues, a sense of urgency at all times, and discretion while dealing with sensitive information about other businesses and CPR.

    What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Communicate and track sales process with CPR franchise sales leads in SalesForce.
  • Manage the location mapping process for approvals.
  • Work with the Franchise Support team regarding compliance of existing owners requesting growth opportunities.
  • Provide sales setup sheets to compliance.
  • Support Virtual Sales days including setup and scheduling.
  • Interact with the Legal team including the requesting and tracking of FDDs.
  • Communicate updates including approvals and declines to the franchise partner or prospect.
  • Daily reviews with Director, Business Development. Weekly reviews Growth Review Committee and Brand Team as needed.
  • Communicate updates including new opportunities for review, approvals and declines to internal teams as needed including Operations, Sales, Legal, Onboarding and CPR leadership.
  • Create records and setup Zoom meetings with prospects and Virtual Discovery Days.
  • Organize all leads in SalesForce and utilize automation settings for outbound email.
  • Follow all documentation protocol.
  • Assist inbound calls and inquiries from potential franchise buyers.
  • Track prospects through the sales process and create lead status changes. Assist in the preparation of sales materials and presentations.
  • Conduct research and gather information on potential franchise buyers.
  • Coordination, planning and execution of franchise sales events and trade shows.
  • Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance, specifically related to marketing campaigns and when franchise locations are approved to open.
  • Develop robust knowledge of all CPRs Franchise program.
  • Works under minimal supervision.
  • Remain current on all required personal trainings.
  • Act with urgency and integrity always adhering to Assurant's code of ethics.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by manager.
  • What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • 2+ years proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role or extensive sales experience with strong administrative and operational background
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Effective oral and written communication abilities
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Average or better ability with Salesforce
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Previous Franchise experience is a plus.
  • Ability to be initiative-taking, self-sufficient, and utilize available tools to solve problems.
  • Ability to think objectively and act strategically based on set parameters and knowledge of project objectives.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Resilience, with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

    Pay Range:

    $ $33.05

    Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
