We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Applicants need to be familiar with public works. Specifically worked on School Jobs, and with DSA inspectors.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
• Public works jobs; specifically, Schools and DSA inspectors

Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience working on public school sites and/or other public buildings as a superintendent.
• Working with DSA inspectors
• Previous experience running an onsite crew.
• Quality control on the work that is being completed.
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
