    Description

    Latham Medical Group is looking for an enthusiastic LPN to join their amazing team This is a large family practice located in the Capital Region Health Park.

    This position will give you the opportunity to work alongside Behavioral Health Consultants, Clinical Pharmacists, Certified Diabetes Educators, and Population Health Specialists. There are opportunities available for clinical training and education

    The practice is open to both full-time and part-time employees The hours available are daytime Monday- Friday; 8:00AM-4:30PM. No weekends No holidays

    This position is eligible for up to a $3,000 recruitment and retention bonus

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer and record vaccines.
    • Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
    • Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
    • Maintain timely patient flow.
    • Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
    • Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.
    • Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system.
    • Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations)
    • Process patient prescriptions.
    • Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.

    Annual salary range: $ $31.00
