    Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8a-4:30p

    \u0009Practice Setting:
    Outpatient


    • \u0009Type of cases and required procedures: Standard Hematology/Oncology cases
    \u0009Credentialing timeframe: 60+ Days

    EMR:
    Cerner

    \u0009Certifications required:
    Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

    \u0009Licensure required:
