    Responsibilities


    Responsible for designing, developing, and integrating software systems that enable the first platform to codify the theory of mechanical engineering.

    Leveraging AWS to build out our APIs, data model, authorization, and other infrastructure
    Building out, architecting, and streamlining our frontend infrastructure
    Implementing and maintaining our React web forms
    Collaborating with other engineers to create a seamless integration with the computational backend
    Creating a best-in-class user experience for our prospects and customers

    Requirements

    Minimum 7 year's experience in web development.
    Expert-level knowledge of the AWS stack: EC2, AppSync, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, Amplify, and others
    Expert-level knowledge with building and maintaining React web applications (Javascript/Typescript)

    Familiarity with our backend stack:
    Python / Flask, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, and Docker.
    You've built data analytics applications or served on teams that maintain data pipelines.
    You've worked with modern data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, Clickhouse, Redshift, and DuckDB.
    You've designed scalable, secure, and compliant architectures using AWS services like ECS, RDS, and Cloudfront.
    You have experience in a software engineering management role.

    Nice to have

    Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive industries
    Product design skills and are comfortable building wireframes and mocks in Figma
    Familiarity with and other web-based 3D modeling frameworks
    Familiarity with aesthetic design principles for frontend development
    Experience developing web, SAAS applications
