POSITION SUMMARY
As an Account Manager, you will be building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the public safety, SLED, and US government markets.
You will be responsible for understanding client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of our client's day-to-day technology needs.
This is a hybrid role that requires you to be at our office in Melville, NY a few days per week.
The salary for this position is $75,000 +(negotiable based on experience).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients in the public safety, SLED, and US government markets.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Account Growth and Retention:
Collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
Develop account strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
Work proactively to prevent and address potential issues, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
Solution Proposal and Presentation:
Understand clients' IT and cybersecurity requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver solutions to clients, showcasing the value of Sourcepass services.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and industry best practices.
Contract Negotiation and Closing:
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and Sourcepass.
Work closely with the legal and solutions teams to finalize agreements and contracts.
Project Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal project teams, ensuring seamless project delivery.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure client expectations are met.

Strong relationship building skills
Experience with account management, strategic selling, and customer success initiatives
Experience and a successful track record selling IT related services
Excellent organizational skills, multitasking, and time-management
Comfortable delivering proposals and participating in presentations
