The Role- Rapidly prototype and implement complex UI components and interactive experiences using React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Translate high-fidelity design intent into functional, pixel-perfect front-end code with a focus on sophisticated animations and interactions.
- Act as the primary technical bridge between Engineering and Design teams to ensure technical feasibility and seamless collaboration.
- Manage and integrate UI component systems, contributing to scalable, reusable code practices and design systems.
- Drive project work by proactively identifying and addressing user experience risks while delivering high-quality prototypes under demanding timelines.
- Proven expertise in Front-End Engineering with a mastery of React, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Exceptional "Design Sensitivity" and a compelling portfolio demonstrating the transformation of static mock-ups into functional prototypes.
- Hands-on experience with design translation tools and prototyping software to maintain pixel-perfect fidelity.
- Deep understanding of product design principles, universally accessible design, and the full product development lifecycle.
- Experience with AI-driven prototyping tools or working within high-growth advertising and marketing technology environments is a major plus.
