- Manage all network field operations on the Vero Broadband network.
- Deploy and test new customer services at residential or commercial sites.
- Perform fiber splicing tasks.
- Identify and troubleshoot network outages and problems.
- Execute job duties outdoors in various weather conditions including extreme cold or heat, and inclement weather.
- Ascend and work at heights exceeding 18 feet (e.g., using ladders, lift trucks).
- Interpret and follow Network Diagrams and/or detailed instructions.
- Safely operate a company vehicle following driving regulations.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Technical Support, and Service Delivery teams to finalize installations and service requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- 2 years of experience in Fiber Optic and Cat6 Cable Installation (Desired)
- Familiarity with configuring wireless devices like Ubiquiti, Cambium, and Nokia (Preferred)
- Proficiency in installing and managing various types of fiber optic cables, including single mode and multimode.
- Willingness to work in confined spaces when needed.
- Attention to detail and commitment to upholding established standards.
- Strong sense of responsibility for safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Flexibility and availability to work extended hours as per project demands.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and handle a ladder.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
