    The ideal Customer Relationship Manager for this strategic position is someone who can represent one of the key forward-facing roles with customers. The ideal candidate enjoys the day-to-day task of managing a solid backlog of business while identifying new projects with new and existing customers. As an experienced Client Relationship Manager, you will demonstrate the skill to balance client relationships as well as manage bid invites, field customer inquiries, and work with VP of Sales and Marketing to facilitate customer interviews, and one who continuously strives to make a positive impact on the success of the Sales & Estimating department earning work and be part of the overall success of the company.

    What you'll be doing as the Customer Relationship Manager

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Leads, manages our customer accounts including some of our top accounts.
    • Develop and maintain positive and productive business and customer relationships.
    • Attending association committees and industry events to stay engaged in the industry; positioning for growth and success through networking with other professionals.
    • Facilitates internal and external debriefs after completed projects to mine learning and keep positive customer relationships.
    • Screen and qualify project leads.
    • Assists with creating and delivering presentations tailored to customer needs.
    • Works independently as well as coordinates sales efforts with team members and other departments.

    To be successful, this is what you will need as the Customer Relationship Manager:

    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
    • Five or more years of experience in business sales and customer service, with a proven sales track record.
    • Three or more years experience in the construction/building/manufacturing industry with an ability to read and interpret high-level architectural plans, strongly preferred.
