    Responsibilities include:

    • Style patients in frames that meet their visual and lifestyle needs
    • Recommend products based on the patient's lifestyle and visual needs
    • Educate patients on the latest lens technologies
    • Assisting with general front office operations: answering the phone, check-in, check-out, and pretesting patients
    • All things insurance:
    verifying eligibility, answers questions, authorizing benefits, and pricing orders


    • Staying up to date with training to advance your skills and knowledge
    Requirements


    • Previous experience as an Optician required
    • A positive attitude and a willingness to strive for excellence
    • Ability to deliver a SPEC-tacular customer experience
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Reliable transportation
    • Ability to work hours of operation including evenings and Saturdays
    • Bilingual in Spanish or Burmese is a big plus
