    Accounting Manager

    Were currently seeking an Accounting Manager to spearhead accounting and audit functions. In this influential role, youll be able to:

    • Skillfully manage the month-end close process in a collaborative manner.
    • Innovate and refine accounting procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
    • Exhibit your proficiency by crafting financial statements aligned with US GAAP standards.
    • Cultivate and empower your accounting team to support their professional journey.
    • Play a pivotal part in guiding audits through effective collaboration with external auditors.
    • Take the lead in ongoing improvements across the accounting function to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
    • Provide crucial assistance in budgeting and forecasting, contributing to our financial outlook.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of key financial policies for organization-wide compliance.

    For success in this role, consider bringing:

    • A Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance as your base.
    • Over 2 years of proven supervisory or leadership experience.
    • Proficiency in US GAAP, Excel, and a robust technical background to excel in this position.
    • A drive to improve processes and a readiness to embrace innovation.
    • Strong teamwork and leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional collaboration.
    • The ability to foster the growth and development of your staff members.
