Assist AP, Payroll, and HR Departments Answer a multi-phone line system – screen and transfer calls Meet and greet clients Maintain office area cleanliness and organization Running errands around Pocatello for the office Daily time entry from paper to payroll software Analyzes, prepares, and audits timesheets as necessary Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information Review and confirm all data entered is accurate Reviews New Hire/Rehire Packets for accuracy in systems Scan and file documents in employee files Enter AP invoices Ability to continuously enter data throughout your entire shift Positive attitude and work ethic Must be punctual
and reliable Complete all assigned tasks in a timely
and efficient manner Able to work independently or as an active member of a team Excellent interpersonal skills
and communication with all levels of management Perform other duties
