    Commercial Construction Superintendent

    We are seeking an experienced and skilled Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team in Wisconsin. As a Commercial Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution and successful project completion.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide on-site supervision and management of all construction activities, including scheduling, coordination, quality control, and safety compliance.
    • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project planning, execution, and completion.
    • Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
    • Manage and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment on the construction site.
    • Review and interpret construction documents, including plans, specifications, and contracts.
    • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and other project-related records.
    • Coordinate and communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
    • Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to construction crews and other team members as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
    • Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, techniques, and codes.
    • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
    • Proven track record of successful project management and completion.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with construction software and technology tools.
    • OSHA certification and other relevant certifications are preferred.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in construction management or related field are a plus.
