    Master Certified Automotive Technician

    Description/Requirements:
    The right individual will be responsible for identifying necessary vehicle service and performing the repair/service, and/or maintenance work.


    Examine customer vehicles, identify necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance, maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards, estimate cost of repairs, perform vehicle repairs and maintenance, document services performed, perform services efficiently and according to company guidelines, request necessary parts, follow safety rules and regulations, regularly attend formal training to remain proficient in changing automotive technology, maintain an organized service department, perform other tasks based on the requirements and instructions of management.
