Job summary
We are looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our new car sales team The right person will have experience selling and must love working with people Join the Ford Family where we value service to each other and the world as much as to our customers Benefits Competitive Pay Flexible Working Hours Health Insurance and Competitive Benefits Package PTO & Sick Leave Responsibilities Assisting customers who enter the dealership answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs Selling a minimum number of vehicles based on the goals and objectives defined by the sales manager Explaining product performance application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions listening Reviewand analyze actions at the end of each day week month year to determine how to better utilize time
