    As a result of rapid growth and expansion, our client has retained us to fill a highly visible Spanish-speaking Director of Human Resources executive search.

    Because this role is highly visible and due to its importance to the overall organization, the selected leader will be earmarked for succession planning and promotion.

    Our client is an industry leader, who has been growing aggressively with revenues in excess of $40 Million and on their way to $200 Million.

    As a result of this aggressive growth, they have asked us to identify a strategic leader, who has been involved in multi-site responsibility and start up experience and will to work with the boots on the ground leadership.

    The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop into an Senior Director Human Resources as the company and role continues to grow Director Human Resources Our client is committed to hiring the best of the best total compensation will vary based on the individual s experience with a substantial base salary plus bonus.

    Home Based (Must live near a major airport)
    This role will have the primary responsibility of supporting multi-site Warehouse and Transportation teams at our Distribution Centers in the Southeast

    This individual will act as a strategic business partner in our fast-paced, high growth and dynamic business environment where we work relentlessly to care for both our employees and our customers.

    Ideally a HR professional who brings deep knowledge and expertise but is also able to listen, learn and cultivate strong relationships rooted in trust to drive change and deliver value to the business.

    Must be willing to roll up your sleeves to provide tactical HR support as needed.
    Work with cross talent acquisition, talent development, compensation and benefits, and Compliance to drive local HR strategies
    Advise, counsel and influence decisions on people, process, and culture. Build compelling business case to influence others and drive for continuous improvement.
    Provide courageous people perspective on business issues, even when unpopular


    Qualifications / Additional Skills:
    Proven experience leading large-scale projects required (start-ups)
    Experience supporting multi-site needs during a period of high growth required.
    Distribution and/or manufacturing human resources experience required.
    50 percent travel required
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field required.
    PHR/SPHR preferred.
    Proven ability to interact with and influence leaders.
    Ability to work successfully under pressure and handle multiple highly sensitive issues and competing priorities.
