    Marketing Specialist to join our team in Carmel, IN The

    Marketing Specialist


    is responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to optimize marketing effectiveness by using a variety of channels to communicate messages including social media, video, company websites, print materials as well as other content sources.

    They may have a select focus such as digital, social, or multimedia content or a combination of focuses.
    What are the responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist?
    Digital Marketing
    Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to optimize marketing effectiveness and enhance user experience.

    Administer and execute promotions through available digital marketing channels including, but not limited to company websites, social media, PPC, and video marketing.

    Oversee the development of digital assets for both print and online marketing collateral.
    Coordinate art development of site maps and floor plan virtual staging.
    Schedule and coordinate photo shoots for new and renovation assets to produce still shots and 360° floor plan tours.
    Collaborate with team members to develop promo graphics for social media campaigns.
    Assist Director of Marketing with writing enticing content to promote each of the communities online and in print advertising.
    Assist Director of Marketing with ensuring that all online advertisements reflect the correct pricing, updated policies, and best images.

    Assist Director of Marketing and Regional Property Managers with capital improvement projects which may include updating model apartments, signage, community clubhouses, and other capital projects.

    Achieve marketing campaign goals according to schedule.
    Communicate effectively with team members and facilitate positive working relationships between departments and locations.
    Closely monitor and report on analytics related to various digital platforms.
    Multimedia Marketing

    Serve as a liaison between the Construction Department and Marketing Department to acquire digital assets and specifications for new developments to coordinate high end renderings, 3D floor plans, maps, and virtually staged interior and exterior spaces.

    Coordinate and develop videography, video editing, and animation to produce video content with the intent to expand marketing video initiatives on websites and social/digital platforms (particularly on Tik Tok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels).

    Assist with creative brand building projects such as lifestyle trailers and artistic tours for communities. Identifying Information.
    Oversee the production and editing of award video submissions for products and team members.

    Social Media Marketing:


    Gather and evaluate web analytics and metrics to be used for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs.

    Create reports on analytics, engagement, and content audits to present to senior management and the marketing team.
    Assess training needs by analyzing content and engagement to develop campaigns.
    Provide social content feedback for leasing consultants during consultation meetings with leasing and management teams.
    Conduct a social media training assessment for all new leasing consultants via seminar or webinar monthly.
    Monitor reputation management for individual properties and corporate sites; provide reporting, rankings, and assist in training and onboarding.
    What are the role requirements?
    Bachelor's degree in marketing is preferred.
    Education or applied experience in video shoots and editing preferred.
    Creative directorial capabilities based on experience or education.
    Demonstrated proficiency in maintaining digital files and archives.
    Demonstrated proficiency in creative development.
    Ability to adapt to digital platforms, analytics, and analytics review and reporting.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
    Must be proficient in social media.
    Must be willing to travel via auto or flights to various locations via private or public air transportation.
    Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools.
    Ability to work cooperatively with others.
    Must present the ability to execute job duties under stressful circumstances such as last-minute deadlines or other difficult situations.
    Must have a valid driver's license.
    Regular attendance, work ethic and strong interpersonal skills are required for success in this position.
