We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee a major renovation project at The Ritz in Scottsdale, Arizona. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all quality standards. This high-profile role demands a leader with a proven track record in managing substantial commercial renovations, including multi-dwelling units, luxury hotels, villas, and retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, oversee, and deliver every phase of the project from initial planning to completion, encompassing both new constructions and renovations.
• Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, and staff to ensure efficient project execution.
• Maintain strict adherence to the budget by monitoring project expenditures, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders including clients, architects, city officials, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular project meetings and report on project status to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage all contractual requirements, ensuring all parties fulfill their contractual obligations.
• Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with specific experience in high-end renovations, multi-dwelling units, luxury hotels, villas, and retail spaces.
• Strong leadership and human resources management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with construction management software and project management tools.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
