    Position Summary:

    As a Partnership Development Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in cultivating and managing collaborations with real estate entities, identifying and capitalizing on business growth opportunities. Working alongside internal and external stakeholders, you'll drive growth through strategic partnerships and innovative offerings. Collaborating with local market leaders and senior management, you'll lead the development and expansion of partnerships at various levels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with new and existing partners, including their leadership, sales, and marketing teams, to devise and execute business initiatives utilizing innovative solutions.
    • Represent solutions at real estate meetings and events, effectively articulating the value proposition to potential partners and stakeholders.
    • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to sales advisors within partner organizations, ensuring proficiency in promoting initiatives and launching partnerships.
    • Conduct thorough reporting and data analysis to gauge partnership performance and impact. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to foster collaboration and address any issues.
    • Identify opportunities to extend existing partnerships into new communities, brokerages, and stakeholder groups, driving sustained growth.
    • Regularly track and report partnership success metrics, offering detailed insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Active Real Estate License/Broker License.
    • 5+ years of professional experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Territorial Sales.
    • Strong analytical skills and business acumen to effectively execute strategy cross-functionally.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a penchant for exploring new ventures.
    • Experience managing teams in a dynamic environment.
    • Proactive work ethic with a positive approach.
    • Effective decision-making skills under deadline pressure.
    • Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding goals.
    • Extensive real estate knowledge related to contracts and transactions.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

    Compensation:

    • $50,000 with Base salary and Commission
