Description
About VerdeGo Aero
VerdeGo Aero is a pioneering aircraft propulsion technology company dedicated to powering the highest performance electric aircraft of all sizes. Our team is passionate about enabling hybrid-electric powerplants to create a next generation of flying machines.
This represents the 3rd major revolution of aircraft propulsion in the 120-year history of powered flight, disrupting the industry in ways not seen since the advent of the jet engine 75 years ago. Innovations in propulsion always lead to step changes in aircraft design.
A New Era in Flight
Aircraft and missions once relegated to science fiction, such as flying taxis and vertically taking off airliners, are becoming a reality through environmentally friendly, high-performance hybrid systems. Our hardware-centric, pragmatic philosophy has already delivered flight-ready systems for R&D flight test applications.
We stand out as one of the few companies in this technology space with both product-based customer revenue and strategic investment.
Computer Engineer Role
The central responsibility of this Computer Engineer role is to design, build, test, and validate the Hybrid Control Unit (HCU) that serves as the core of our system. This role encompasses both hardware and software aspects.
This includes designing and creating custom embedded controllers, proficiency in PCB/PCBA design tools, component selection and design, embedded C code synthesis, embedded software testing and debugging, developing redundancy and fault tolerance, and leading or conducting all necessary testing and validation of hardware and software.
