    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Train new team members on company policies and procedures.
    • Coach and support team members on HVAC installation and service.
    • Ensure safety procedures are followed by all team members.
    • Assess job requirements and materials needed for work.
    • Install household appliances when necessary.
    • Complete all paperwork before the end of the shift.
    • Receive, verify, and load required equipment and materials for each job.
    • Maintain company vehicle and communicate maintenance needs to management.
    • Communicate effectively with Service Manager to tackle departmental issues.
    • Handle customer complaints independently and escalate when necessary.
    • Ensure work is done as per manufacturer specifications.
    • Address code violations and ensure timely corrections.
    • Update dispatcher/supervisor on job status and delays.
    • Perform after-hours calls following company policies.
    • Participate in sales activities as instructed.
    • Always maintain a professional demeanor and prioritize customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Completion of a trade school program in relevant field preferred.
    • EPA 608 Certification mandatory.
    • Minimum five (5) years experience in HVAC installation and service preferred.
    • Meet the criteria of an HVAC Installer Service Technician.
